Hi, I’m Paul Cotterill.
I’ve followed a pretty unique path to get to where I am today. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, working on new build sites, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how projects are managed and properties are built from the ground up.

Alongside that, I’ve built a successful career as an artist. I hold a degree in graphic design, which has given me a sharp eye for detail and what makes a property stand out and perform.

In 2019, I placed 3rd on stage for my first bodybuilding competition as a professional athlete — an experience that taught me incredible self-discipline and focus.

My passion for learning and self-development drives everything I do. I’m on a mission to help others reach their potential and get the best out of life — for themselves and the people around them. x
